Meet Sandy

Joining AWES for the Summer 2024 season, Sandy Klassen is a plant enthusiast with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ecology from MacEwan University. She has a passion for incorporating sustainable practices in our society and learning about how humans and the environment intersect. Sandy is our Environmental Program Technician, she supports all staff with their programs. You will find her attending our outreach and extension events or in the field planting.
