Gareth Swinnerton will start the evening presenting on choosing tree species and what to consider when planting and caring for trees in the fall. Gareth is the supervisor of Urban Forestry and Horticulture with Strathcona County.
Winston Gamache (Agroforestry Specialist with the Agroforestry Woodlot Extension Society) will be the second speaker. He will discuss planning, planting, and caring for shelterbelts.
A light supper will be provided for registrants.
