SUMMARY:Eco-Buffer Planting Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Eco-Buffers are diverse\, high-density\, shelterbelts that look and act like a natural forest! \nJoin the Agroforestry and Woodlot Extension Society and the County of Vermilion River for a free\, hands-on Eco-Buffer design and planting workshop on June 5th. \nThe evening will start with a presentation on the benefits of Eco-Buffers and how to design one\, then we’ll travel to a nearby site to plant and mulch an Eco-Buffer! \nA light dinner will be provided. \nParticipants should dress for the outdoors and bring their own work gloves and spade/shovel. \n  \nSpace is Limited!
